At Mane MD, each wig, topper, and extension is custom-crafted with care. Due to the personalized and hygienic nature of our products, we maintain the following refund policy :

All Sales Are Final.

We do not offer refunds on any purchases, including:

  • Custom medical-grade wigs
  • Non-medical grade wigs
  • Toppers
  • Extensions

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@themanemd.com

Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the concern

We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, offer a resolution which may include a repair, replacement, or partial store credit.

Order Changes

You may request changes or edits to your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made due to the production timeline.
