Shipping & Processing Times
Non-Medical Grade Wigs, Toppers & Extensions
Processing Time: Approximately 3–4 weeks.
Each piece is made to order to ensure quality and consistency.
Shipped via FedEx.
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
Custom Medical-Grade Wigs
Processing Time: Approximately 8–10 weeks.
Production begins after confirmed payment and completed measurements are received.

Shipped via FedEx, with tracking details sent by email.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number.

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via FedEx for secure and trackable delivery.
Mane MD is not responsible for delays caused by FedEx, weather disruptions, or issues related to incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the custom and hygienic nature of all Mane MD wigs, toppers, and extensions, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order enters production.

You may request changes to your order within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve it as efficiently as possible.
