By accessing or purchasing from Mane MD, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure transparency and protect both our clients and our business.

  1. Product Customization & Accuracy

    2. All wigs, toppers, and extensions sold through Mane MD are custom-made based on the details you provide during the order process. This includes specifications such as:

    • Cap size measurements
    • Hair texture, length, and density
    • Reference photos for color matching

    Color results may vary slightly due to lighting, screen displays, and the natural variation in hair strands. By submitting a photo, you agree that Mane MD will match your desired color as closely as possible, though exact duplication is not guaranteed.

  2. Payment & Quotes

    3. Orders for custom medical-grade wigs require a personalized quote, which will be sent via email after your customization form is reviewed.

    Production begins only after full payment is received.

    Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued.

  3. Processing & Turnaround Time

    4. Non-medical grade wigs, toppers, and extensions: Approx. 3–4 weeks.

    Custom medical-grade wigs: Approx. 8–10 weeks from the time full payment and measurements are received.

    Please note that processing times are estimates and may vary due to customization complexity or material availability.

  4. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

    5. Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. Mane MD does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

    Changes to your order may be made within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, changes are not guaranteed.

  5. Shipping & Delivery

    6. All items are shipped via FedEx, and tracking information will be emailed once your order is shipped.

    Mane MD is not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
    • Lost or stolen packages
    • Orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    7. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the product
    • A short description of the issue

    We will evaluate the claim and, if necessary, provide a solution (e.g., replacement, repair, or partial store credit).

  7. Consultations & First-Time Buyers

    8. We highly recommend that first-time wig or topper wearers schedule a virtual consultation to ensure proper sizing, comfort, and style selection. Mane MD is not liable for dissatisfaction due to improper measurements or incorrect selections submitted by the client.

  8. Privacy

    9. Any personal information submitted (including measurements, photos, or contact details) is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
